Buick names new small CUV Encore, promises Detroit debut

Dubbed "Encore" (apparently GM is hoping consumers have short memories ), the five-seat CUV will be revealed at next month's 2012 Detroit Auto Show and carry a 2013 model year designation. But it's not just about what's on the screen; it's about how you interact with the system. In addition to researching 3D displays, Mercedes engineers are looking into expanding voice commands with natural language dictation for emails, text messaging and mobile internet browsing.

Subaru XV (read: Impreza Outback Sport) leaked via patent renderings

Mini intends to build limited runs - 1,000 units total worldwide of the basic Cooper hatchback ( at least for starters ) of the Goodwood trim under the selectable Mini You area of their branding mothership. This is all to honor the BMW Group's other hallowed brand, Rolls-Royce , which resides on the Goodwood estate in southern England.
