Richard Hammond thinks BMW 320d may be the "best car ever made"

Filed under: Sedan , Etc. , BMW , UK , Celebrities , Luxury Of all of the cars Top Gear host Richard Hammond has driven - and that's a lot of cars - it is an oil-burning entry-level luxury sedan that has earned the plaudit, "possibly the best car ever made." He's referring to the 2013 BMW 320d in an article for the UK's Mirror newspaper, further crediting it with "brilliant handling," an easy-to-use infotainment system, "very accurate steering" and being "one of the nicest Threes to drive in decades." His conclusion does come from a lack of negatives just as much as the positives.

Infiniti LE Concept will spawn production electric sedan within two years

Filed under: New York Auto Show , Sedan , Infiniti , Electric , Luxury Yes, Infiniti has indeed made a habit of teasing the masses with exotic and eco-friendly concepts at some of the world's largest auto shows over the past few years, notably with the Emerg-E and Essence Concepts. But, unlike those rolling showcases, the automaker claims its latest reveal, known rather cryptically as the LE Concept, will hit dealerships within the next two years in nearly unchanged form. According to Infiniti, the LE Concept boasts a 24kWh lithium-ion battery made up of 192 cells, positioned under the passenger compartment floor.

2013 Buick Enclave does a slightly different song and dance

Buick also unveiled a face-lifted version of its 2013 Enclave today.
